Klovborg Maskinfabrik complete pallet handling systems that streamline and automate pallet handling. The systems include pallet transport, pallet magazines, turntables, transfer cars, chain transfer, and palletizing robots.

Pallet transport ensures stable movement of pallets, while pallet magazines optimize storage. Turntables and transfer cars increase flexibility in production, and chain transfer enables fast transfer. Palletizing robots ensure precise stacking, reducing errors and increasing speed.

The systems are manufactured in stainless, galvanized, or painted steel, depending on environmental requirements. The systems are delivered as partial deliveries or complete solutions with electrical installation and control, ensuring high operational reliability and low maintenance costs.

For example, we have created solutions and palletizing patterns for cups, boxes, buckets, and bottles.

A complete packaging line for deep-drawn trays is constructed with cardboard travel, metal detector, Pick&Place filling in boxes, box closing, label application, and palletizing. The system can handle several different product sizes and different patterns during palletizing.

Klovborg manufactures conveyor systems for transporting all types of cartons and boxes. Conveyors with high-friction belts for ascending transport, or with carriers. Conveyors with low-friction belts, belts with rollers for accumulation or push-off function. Roller conveyors, driven or non-driven, sectioned for pressure-free accumulation, angle changers, elevators, belt curves, etc.

We also offer solutions for case packing and palletizing, including pallet handling from pallet magazines and roller/chain conveyors.

Klovborg Maskinfabrik dosing systems for weighing and mixing powder and granules. We also manufacture conveyor systems for transporting powder and granules. The solutions are designed as belt or screw conveyor systems.

Klovborg Maskinfabrik conveyor systems for transporting fresh produce directly on the belt. Easy-to-clean systems are manufactured and delivered in AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel and can be equipped with quick-release belts. The conveyors are manufactured with plastic slat belts, polyurethane belts, PVC belts, or Volta high-hygiene belts.

Drive stations are designed as drum motors or gear motors according to customer requirements.
