Efficient palletizing of boxes with robotic tools

At Klovborg Maskinfabrik , we Klovborg Maskinfabrik just built this fully automatic system for palletizing boxes using robotic tools. The system is made of stainless steel and can be seen in the video below. The robotic tool picks up boxes from a grouping conveyor and then places them on a pallet. The pallet is placed on powered stainless steel roller conveyors.
The robot tool is also equipped with suction cups that use vacuum to lift interlayers from a magazine. The interlayers are placed at the bottom of the pallet and between the layers of boxes to stabilize the pallet structure. In the video, you can also see how the boxes on the grouping conveyor are lifted when the robot tool grabs them from the conveyor behind the robot.
In addition, we have installed two stainless steel pallet magazines behind the system. The pallet magazines handle three different types of pallets, making the entire system more flexible and efficient. Would you also like a modern palletizing system?
