Motus Nordic strengthens its presence on Zealand with the acquisition of Del-Tech

On September 23, 2025, Motus Nordic A/S acquired Del-Tech in Ringsted.

The company specializes in electrical installation, automation, and mechanical services, and the acquisition marks an important step in the group's strategy to create more comprehensive and innovative solutions across Denmark.

The acquisition strengthens Motus Nordic presence on Zealand, enabling us to serve both existing and new customers even better. At the same time, we welcome seven new colleagues to the organization.
