On November 1, Uwe Eisenhut took up his new position as CEO of Klovborg Maskinfabrik Motus Nordic . This appointment marks the next step in the development of Motus Nordic's industrial business areas – and coincides with Klovborg Maskinfabrik 25th anniversary celebrations Klovborg Maskinfabrik December.

With a career spanning global industrial companies such as Siemens, Nilfisk, Kamstrup, and CALDAN Conveyors, Uwe Eisenhut has worked with complex technical solutions, product management, project sales, business development, and commercial management across mechanics, electronics, software, and automation.
“I am joining two companies with very strong professional environments. My task will be to strengthen the operational foundation so that we can take on larger projects and create a more scalable business in Denmark and the Nordic region,” says Uwe Eisenhut.
Motus Nordic the transition at Klovborg Maskinfabrik
Uwe Eisenhut will be responsible for leading Klovborg Maskinfabrik a planned strategic transition. Motus Nordic taken over Klovborg Maskinfabrik ownership of Klovborg Maskinfabrik , and the focus is now on continuing Klovborg Maskinfabrik's strong engineering heritage while preparing the organization for future growth.
The former owners, Ole and Hans Højgaard, will remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition and maintain professional continuity. Their insight into production and customer relations is an important part of the planned generational change.

Factory expansion to ensure scalability at Klovborg Maskinfabrik
Klovborg Maskinfabrik undergoing a major expansion, which will be a key element in Motus Nordic's overall capacity increase. The new 1,650 m² assembly hall and 400 m² of office and welfare areas have now been approved by Horsens Municipality and are expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. The new facilities will provide the company with a better framework for increasing capacity.
“The expansion gives us better opportunities to scale up production and further improve quality. It is a natural next step in the development of Klovborg Maskinfabrik and shows that we are investing purposefully in our value chain,” says Uwe Eisenhut.
The new facilities will also support larger projects across the Motus Nordic Group.
Conveyor belts – a critical component in modern intralogistics
The new management responsibility also includes Motus Nordic Belting, which together with Bøgeris Transportbånd forms a central part of the group's transport and handling solutions.
Conveyor belts are an area of increasing technical complexity, where requirements for operational reliability, hygiene, traceability, and integration into larger systems have grown significantly in recent years.
"Conveyor belts may sound simple, but in practice they are one of the most critical elements in an industrial flow. The belt must function every single day – and it must be properly integrated into the rest of the system. Bøgeris and Belting have a strong position here, which we must continue to develop," says Uwe Eisenhut.
Motus Nordic a growing industrial platform
In recent years,Motus Nordic grown into an industrial group consisting of seven specialized companies within mechanics, automation, electrical installation, software, and industrial access solutions. The group has supplied solutions to Dansk Retursystem, Thansen, and Nemlig.com, among others.
