Motus Nordic Klovborg Maskinfabrik Motus Nordic with new CEO
Motus Nordic the next step in the development of its industrial business areas and adding significant international experience with Uwe Eisenhut as CEO of Klovborg Maskinfabrik Motus Nordic . Since spring 2017, responsibility for Motus Nordic – formerly Niels Burcharth has been with CEO Nicolai Hansen. A company with many years of specialization and a strong professional culture. Now, eight years later, Nicolai Hansen is passing the baton to Uwe Eisenhut, who took over as CEO of Motus Nordic on November 1. Nicolai Hansen will continue as CEO of Motus Nordic .

Motus Nordic Høj El & Automation ApS
Motus Nordic A/S is acquiring Høj El & Automation ApS on January 3, 2025, to strengthen its position within automation and electrical installations in the industrial and logistics sectors. The acquisition supports Motus Nordic's strategy of offering complete solutions. According to CEO Nicolai Hansen, Høj El & Automation fits perfectly into the group and will contribute to flexible and value-creating solutions. Jakob Jessen and Brian Skærlund, from Høj El & Automation, see the acquisition as an opportunity for growth under a strong strategic owner. Motus Nordic, owned by Bagger-Sørensen Equity, sees great potential in the collaboration, particularly in terms of safety, efficiency, and optimization.

As part of its overall strategy, Motus Nordic will acquire a majority stake in NTO A/S, located in Ikast with facilities in Hillerød and Randers, Motus Nordic December 31, 2023. Klaus Andersson and Gustav Lindquist Henningsen have decided to sell their shares in Rampe Sluseteknik to Motus Nordic A/S. Over the past 19 years, Klaus has built his life's work – with valuable assistance from Gustav and a team of skilled employees. Rampe Sluseteknik has established its customer base through excellent service and dedicated employees. The high level of service is crucial in an industry where a defective gate can have major consequences for the customer.
